Choir

This year, we have a fabulous choir of approximately 55 members from KS1. This term we are working hard to prepare for the North Lincolnshire Big Sing event at the Baths Hall, which our Year 2 singers will be performing in on March 25th. We are really enjoying learning the garden themed songs. Some of our favourite are 'One Potato', 'Daddy's in the Garden' and 'Inch Worm'.

Other opportunities to see us sing this term include a performance at All Saints Church, Easter Fair on 30th March, or our open rehearsal in school on Monday 1st April, at 4pm.

Our choir is open to any children in Key Stage 1 who wish to attend. We aim to develop our vocal and musical skills, make new friends and have lots of fun! If you are interested in joining us, please speak to either Miss Bontoft, Mrs Hall or Miss Lowe who will be happy to give you some more information.

Autumn Term 2018

This was a very busy term for our choir, with 4 public performances! Our singers did a fantastic job, singing At a Civic Service, Harvest festival in church and the All Saints Christingle, as well as opening the Winterton Infants Christmas Fair and our very own open rehearsal for parents.

Miss Bontoft, Mrs Hall and Miss Lowe have been extremely proud of the progress our singers have made this term, developing a lovely tone, listening well to each other and even managing to sing in 2 parts.

We can't wait to hear what the Spring Term will bring!
